Caramelised cinnamon apple with ice cream & waffles
I've been dying to attempt cooking this after watching several different cooking shows on caramelising fruits... yum! Unfortunately, the blue baboon doesn't like any fruits being cooked. He freaked out when I made apple soup last year and he was uncomfortable when he saw the apples sizzeling in boiling hot sugar.
In the end, an empty plate says it all. :P
